ABOUT US
 David
Buchanan started in the construction industry sixteen years ago
when he went to work with his father-in-law Wade Vuncannon as a
framer. Wade Vuncannon still owns and operates Vuncannon
Construction in Wake County. David worked under Wade for seven
years before starting his own company with Wade’s blessing and
guidance. His knowledge of construction comes from hands on
daily application and he continues his education by attending
annual building seminars in Orlando, Florida; Baltimore,
Maryland; Raleigh, North Carolina; and also Green Build in
Chicago, Illinois. David keeps an open mind to new products and
techniques in the industry, while ensuring quality is not
compromised.
David supervises all phases of the projects, from planning to
finished product. His work ethic keeps projects on time and
budget. His working knowledge helps clients to discover what
they desire and build homes into reality. David has a passion
for building and working with people making constructing a home
or investment property an enjoyable experience.
David lives in
Southern Shores, on the Outer Banks with his wife Dee, and three
daughters.
